ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shashi Bharati
Dr. Shashi Bharati M.A., M.Litt., Ph.D. is Reader in Satyavati College (E), Delhi University. She has specialised in Drama, Theatre and Media besides in Education and Youth Counselling. Dr. Bharati has authored and published many poems and articles. In recognition of her research work, Delhi University had published her doctoral thesis Jai Shankar Prasad, Jagdish Chander Mathur and Mohan Rakesh Ke Natakon Ka Rangmanch Ki Drishti Se Adhyayan. A Collection of her poems Manavatavadi Virasat Ke Nam has also been published. She has been awarded a Post-doctoral Fellowship by the University Grants Commission in 1993 to work on Natya Shabdavali.
