Management approaches are facing various ethical dilemmas due to imbalance between demand and availability.

Meenu Bhatnagar holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science (Hons.) from Delhi University, Post Graduate Diploma in General Management and Post Graduate Diploma in International Business, both from Indian Institute of Management and technology, Chennai. She is presently working as faculty associate at Icfai Business School, Research Centre (Books), Ahmedabad. She has more than 25 years of work experience in industries. She worked for the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) – a Government of India undertaking at New Delhi and various companies viz., Allied Publishers Ltd., New Delhi, Jekson Hydraulic Ltd., Lalan Exports at Ahmedabad. She has written articles for magazines and books published by Icfai University Press. Her areas of expertise and interest include developmental sector, rural development, environment etc.
