B Rajesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor at PG Department of Management Studies, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur. He is also a Research Scholar at Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur. He has over 10 years of academic and research experience. He has published empirical research papers in refereed journals including IIMA Vikalpa and IIMB Management Review. His research papers were also presented at International conferences held at USA, UK, Italy and Latvia. His areas of interest include strategic studies and corporate restructuring.

Satish S M is a graduate of Veterinary Sciences and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 15 years of industrial and academic experience in various sectors like pharmaceuticals, agriculture, business process reengineering and academics.
