ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jessy Abraham

Dr. Jessy Abraham is presently working in the IASE of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. From 1996 to 2000, she was working in Lady Irwin college of University of Delhi. She also worked in the DPS Institute of Higher Education of Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha Unversity from 2000 to 2002. She has taught many papers at graduate and postgraduate level. University rank holders as well as recipients of Watts Memorial medal of University of Kerala. The JRF and SRF from UGC enabled her to do her Ph.D in education from Jamia. Her supervisiors for Ph.D. were Dr. Najma Amin (Jamia) and Prof. Asha Bhatnagar (former Head of the Departments of Educational Psychology of NCERT). Dr. Abraham has interested in Educational Psychology, Guidance and Counselling and Educational Technology apart from Home Science Education.
