Heritage Tourism in Central India: Resource Interpretation and Sustainable Development Planning

Dr. Amitabh Mishra is an assistant professor in the Department of Tourism Maagment at University of Gondar, Ethiopia. He is an MTA (Master of Tourism Administration) from A.P.S. University, Rewa (M.P.), and Doctorate (Ph.D.) from CMTHS, H.N.B. Garhwal University, Srinagar. Dr. Mishra has been associated with tourism and hospitality management institutes of repute viz. H.N.B. Garhwal University, Srinagar, Garhwal, IITTM, Govindpuri Gwalior, Kumaon University, Nainital, M.M.J.B.N. (P.G.) College, Haridwar, Uttaranchal. He has participated and presented the research papers in two international and about a dozen national conferences and workshops on tourism and hospitality in India and abroad. So far his about a half dozen research papers have been published. His areas of interest are Tourism marketing, Tourism Planning, Hotel Management, Tourism Transportation and E-Tourism.
