Dr. Sarat C. Joshi, was educated at Rajasthan University, Jaipur from where he earned his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Sociology. A keen and seasoned researcher, he has completed many research projects. An illustrious writer, he has many outstanding books to his credit. He has attended many seminars and symposia. A social activist by penchant, currently, Dr. Joshi is associated with NIPCCD, Guwahati.
