All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit or brotherhood. It has been recognised that the right to live in a peaceful and secure environment is fundamental to all human beings. Without them, the development of just, equitable and healthy society cannot exist. Clearly human rights is closely linked and represent some of the most important issues before the global community today. The human rights violation at all levels is a heinous crime against the society.
