Geeta Iyer is one of the most widely known and respected Yoga teachers in Chennai, India. She has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 18 years. Her expertise and continued interest in Psychology and Physiology, has made her an effective teacher and distinguishes her from most Yoga teachers. Geeta has had the opportunity to attend many Yoga classes in Yoga ashrams in India and the USA. She has extensive experience teaching both individual and group classes for private and corporate clients in both countries. Corporate clients include the Taj Coromandel Hotel, Hewlett Packard and the World Bank. Geeta shares her Yoga expertise with the broader community through her regular contributions to the Wellness column of the reputed The Hindu newspaper.
