Assessing the impact of agricultural technology on the tribal farmers is challenging but important issue for the social scientists. There is quest among the extension graternity to quantify the change occurred among the tribal farmers in terms of their socio-economic, psychological and communication attributes apropos the adoption, productivity and income generation through improved production technology.
We believe that the book “Impact Assessment of Krishi Vigyan Kendra on Tribal Farmers” will be of great use to the research, extension and development specialists in formulating their activities. This book contains socio-economic, psychological and communicational attribute wise status, problems and suggestions of tribal farmers of Madhya Pradesh, and process for the development of project in terms of technology/product/methodology and capacity building of and the overall development of tribal farmers, which ultimately lead the improvement of livelihood of tribal farmers.
