C. Raja Mohan is one of India’s leading foreign policy analysts and part of the world of academia, media and member of numerous think tanks over the past two decades. He has a masters degree in nuclear physics and a Ph.D. in international relations. He was Professor of South Asian Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and is, at present, Editor (Strategic Affairs) with the Indian Express in New Delhi and a member of India’s National Security Advisory Board.
