ABOUT THE AUTHOR Vinod C Khanna

Vinod C. Khanna was educated in Bombay and Oxford and is a former diplomat. He was India’s Ambassador in Indonesia from 1985 to 1988 and is the co-author of India and China: The Way Ahead.
