The present research work is an attempt to locate the Pakistani perception of India as supreme foreign policy variable in a varying conditions of Pakistan.  Much have been said on the subject under investigation.  But much more requires telling.  By doing so we try to understand the deeper intricacies veering around subject under study.  This has to be admitted that no factor is more fractured and mutilated than Indian factor in Pakistani politics.  The problem becomes more serious largely because the very super structure of Pakistan exists only formally.  This is not to negate the sovereign status of Pakistan in the comity of nations.  Ultimately Pakistan is a broken body polity and an anguished national soul.  And here more than the disintegration of Pakistan, the very partition of India originates all the devils which dedivil the relationship between the two partners.  As stated earlier the present study narrates.  As stated earlier the present study narrates only the consequential events of a intensively agonized subcontinent.  And it is but natural that India and India only constitutes the major policy problems for Pakistan.
