China and India, which are the focus of this study, both are resources-rich and high-consumption countries. However, their exclusively dependence n single domestic resource of energy, limited resources to exploit clean and efficient form of energy have complicated the energy issue. Mandy policy-makers, strategists and scholars express significant concern over the implications of China's growing energy-requirements with increased economic capability.
The modern World realized the charisma of 'ENEGY' with the invention of electricity in the 17th century. This was followed by the demands of industrial revolution and ever-expanding commercial production, resulting in many countries transiting from under-developed to semi-developed and to developed states.
