ABOUT THE AUTHOR Champa Singh

Dr. Champa Singh (b. 1952) took her M.A, degree in Political Science from Magadh University in 1980, and Ph.D. in Political Science in 1987. She joined as Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Ayodhaya Mahilla College, Hiharshariff in 1983. Several of her research articles have been published in leading and reputed research Journals. She has also contributed and read papers in a number of Seminars held by Indian Political Science Association.
