India’s Foreign Policy Diplomacy in 21st Century

Dr. N.K. Parmila is journalist and researcher based at Bangalore. He was born in Orissa 1958. Having received his post-graduate diploma in political science from Dr. H.S. Gaur University Sagar, (M.P.). He subsequently obtained degree in political science from the same university and did his post graduate in human right from Punjabi University Patiala. At present he is pursuing his Ph.D. on history. He has many publications and popular articles to his credit on various topics issues covering Political Economy, Human Right, Foreign Policy of India China Former Soviet Union and the USA.
