Manish Gupta is an economist at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, New Delhi. He has done his Ph.D. from the centre for economic Studies and Planning, School of Social sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His areas of interests are economics of energy, environment and natural resources, and climate change.
