ABOUT THE AUTHOR Md. Shahabuddin Usmani

Dr. M.d. Shahabuddin Usmani completed his M.Com (Spl.in Business management) in year 1999 and Ph.D. in Commerce in 2008 from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Dr. Usmani at present working as a guest faculty in the Department of Commerce and Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia central university, New Delhi. Besides. he is also teaching in IGNOU study centre and Arjun Singh Centre for Distance and Open Learning Centre at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Dr. Usmani has more than 6 years of teaching and research experience. His areas of interest are Industrial Relations and Organisation Behaviour, HRM, and Personnel Management.
