ABOUT THE AUTHOR Garima Aggarwal

The Author Garima Aggarwal is presently working in UNDP -India and appointed as Project Support Officer-Delhi c/o Office of the Divisional Commissioner, Govt. of India Delhi, 5 Sham Nath Marg. New Delhi Under the 'GOI-UNDP Disaster Risk Management Programme'. She has completed her masters of geography in the year of 2001 from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi. Further she joined her Masters of Urban and regional Planning in School of Planning-Centre for Environment Planning and technology, Ahmedabad, Gujrat. The Author has conducted this study in 2002-2003 when she was a research scholar in the school of planning. This book is an independent study and is not related with the present organisation.
