ABOUT THE AUTHOR Radhe S. Pradhan
Radhe S. Pradhan received his Master's Degree in Business Administration and Commerce in 1975 in the first Division from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has also completed a one year course under the Faculty Development Programme at the Indian nstitute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has been serving as a lecturer for several years at the Faculty of Management, Kirtipur Campus, Tribhuvan University. He has also served on the teaching faculty of Tribhuvan University's Public Youth Campus and Sanker Dev Campus, Kathmandu and the Mahendra Morang Adarsh Campus, Biratnagar. The author has a number of articles to his credit and has contributed teachnical papers to seminars. He has also carried out research on such subjects as economic relations, working conditions in Nepal's jute industry, working capital management in corporations and feasibility studies for setting up industrial units in Nepal. His current research interest relates to investigating the practical application and utility of financial management techniques in Nepalese industries.
