Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs): Impacts and Impediments

S. Venkatesh with a Master’s Degree in computer applications, is one of the experts in the fields of database administration and information technology. He has organized many national as well as international seminars, symposia, workshops on communication development, m-business, m-management, etc. He is a prolific writer, and has penned several books and hundreds of articles on various subjects including education, communication, information technology, e-commerce, etc. He has won many national and international awards for his outstanding contribution in the areas of communication and information technology. Presently he is heading the study center of National Institute of Information Technology, Karnataka.
