This book is devoted to the information technology and information services. With the development of science and technology and invention of new technical devices like computer, distances of two countries have been reduced in seconds and minutes. A number of national and multinational agencies are running in different countries and providing quick information services. This book ranges from the whole spectrum of the new information technologies and their relevance to the whole of information services, inducing such things as library services, records management and archieves etc. Furthermore this book is too much concentrated on the individual who operate these services: the ‘information progressional’ for want a better term.
