As of now corporates have come up in big way dominating the world economy. They have been instrumental in shaping the economic policies of nation-states. Whereas corporate are supposed to play vital role in their social responsibility, currently it is being observed that they have been in the wild race of profit making. In the present age of liberalisation, privatisation and globalization corporate scams are being seen as liberalised, privatised and globalised. The present work is a modest attempt at portraying corrupt practices of corporate houses in connivance with politicians and public authorities.
