Several educational reforms were made as an effort to redress the imbalances of the past, to make education accessible and equitable to all its citizens and to promote democracy in educational institutions. It is therefore, imperative to recreate linkage between theory and practice in order for the transformation to be successful on the basis of different surveys and studies, that most of the reforms had a negative impact on educational leadership, compared to these which had a positive impact. It is indeed high time that the incorporation between the theory and praxis found the deserved priority in the national policy goals in a global perspective. The present book is a compendium of fourteen important papers presented and written by eminent experts. The papers published in the book will throw light on the integration of theory and praxis, and take proper strategies.
