Karl Jaspers and Neo-Advaitism deals with the intricacies of Jaspers’s philosophical quest highlighting the meeting grounds between him and the Neo-Advaitins. Though Jaspers valued scientific foundation of philosophy, he was also aware of its limitations. For him main task of philosophy was to delve into human conditions. Juthika Das rries to explore and highlight the relation of Jaspers’s position with that of the Neo-Advaitins (Vivekananda, Aurobinda and Radhakrishnan) who accepted the basic tenets of Adavitism but tried to reinteroret it in the light of science and western enlightenment.
