Fourth Chapter is on Heritage Preservation having topics like: Archaeological Survey of India; The Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1904; The Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958; antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972. The last chapter is on laws applicable to Sustainable Tourism, which are: The Wild Birds and Animals Protection Act, 1912; The Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972; The Forest Conservation Act, 1980; and The Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mukesh Ranga
Mukesh Ranga (b. 20-11-69) did his M.B.A. from Vikram University, Ujjain (M.P.) In 1993. Further, he obtained his M.A. (Economics) degree from Agar University in 1995. He also obtained a L.L.B. degree from Lucknow University. In 2002 he obtained his Ph.D. degree in Tourism from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Presently he is working as Lecturer in Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. So far his eight research papers have been published, besides he has participated in many national and international level seminars.

Pallavi Gupta obtained her L.L.M. from Rohilkhand University in 2000 and L.L.B. from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra in 1998. She has also obtained her Masters in Economics from Rohilkhand University, Barreilly in 1992. Presently she is associated with BJJR Institute of Law, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She has participated and presented ten short papers in National Conferences.
