M.S. Ramalingam has been associated with the field of information science for neaerly two decades. After having worked at the Centre for Information Processing, he worked with Institute of Health Science, Bombay. Since then she has taken a keen interest in introducing on-line information services in collaboration with many multinational in UK and USA. He has presented a number of papers and visited several countries.
