S.A. Rizvi, is presently looking after theResource Group on Hill Area Development at the Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Shimla. He is basically an Urban and Regional Planner. He has been working in Himachal Pradesh since 1966 in various position and dealing with Urban and Regional Planning Project/schemes in hilly areas.
