Stalin’s book "Marxism and the National and Colonial Question" is a key book which deals with important questions of Marxist theory. The book includes a selection of articles which deal with the national question in the February and October Revolution of 1917, in the immediate years after the seizure of power and the background to the formation of the USSR as a voluntary federation of nations based upon the right to secession.

Vijay Singh was born on 3rd Feburary 1959 in Meerut district, (U.P.). He did his 10th and 12th drom U.P. Borad. He did M.Sc. in Fishery Biology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He started his career as faculty from reputed college in Meerut 1984. Presently, he is working as senior faculty in reputed college in Meerut. He has actively participated in national level symposia and seminars. He has also written various articles on different magazines.
