The present book entitled Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education discusses the measurement process in all its thirteen chapters. The first chapter of this book gives an imprecise design on the measurement process in physical education and the influencing factors during measurement and recording the information. The rest of the twelve chapters deeply analyse each and types of tests in measurement process in physical education starting with the required resources of each test, target of the test, method of conducting the test, analyzing the data recorded in each test, reliability of the test conducted normative data of the test conducted and the validity of the test. In total there are 90 different tests are given in this book on various branches of fitness in physical education. Hopefully, the present book will be useful for the students, teachers of physical education and sports, layperson, researchers, prospective coaches etc., in many ways.
