Meenu Singh is the retired Head of the Department of History and PoliticalScience. She has tanght in different colleges under different universities for four decades. She is M.A. in English, History, Economics, Political Science, and L.L.B. She holsa Ph.D. degree in Political Science and she has written about forty books on English, History and Political Science. She is a reputed author of thirty years standing. She has written more than hundred papers in leading Journals as well as in different University books and Newspapers.
