Modern Trends in Biotechnology

Dr. Hema Gautam, a well-known teacher of biotechnology, received her academic training as a biologist and molecular geneticist. She has more than twenty years of professional experience. She has authored about 25 research papers and five books on biotechnology and genetic engineering. She also serves as a consultant to many famous companies of biotech industry, mainly in the fields of plant tissue culture, recombinant DNA technology and in regulatory affairs. She also works as a scientific reviewer for a number of international journals on biotechnology.
