This subject.constitutional Charter of Madian "Mecthaq -e-Madina" has been spoken of differently by diffrent writers . It has been claimed by some modern writers, that Islam stands for democracy and having said so they argue that parliamentary Democracy is most suit to Muslim communities .A parliament which is subject to eternal Laws revealed by Allah cannot be sovereing .Hance, it has to conduct its affairs keeping in mind that it should not trspass limits set for Muslim in Shariah.
