ABOUT THE AUTHOR Juhary Ali

Dr. Juhary Ali received his Ph.D. in Management from University of St. Andrews, Scotland in 1993. He is Professor of Human Resource Management Malaysia and Director of the Executive Development Center at University Utara Malaysia. His research interests are in Personnel/Human Resource Management and Development, Organizational Analysis, Entrepreneurship. Public Sector Management, International/Comparative Management. In Australia and he was a trainee in Corporate Strategy and International Business at Euro-Asia Centre, INSEAD in France. He was a Research Fellow at Indiana Business Research Centre, Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis, a Visiting Professor at Tashkent Technical State University in Uzbekistan and a Guest Profess at Lingkoping University in Sweden. Prof. Dr. Juhary was a Visiting Professor at the University of Lethbridge, Alberts, and at Fachhochschule Rosenheim, Germany. He has presented his research works of numerous international conferences in Australia, New Zealand, Bahrain, Thailand, India, Philippines, Brunel Darussalam, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Slovakia, Croatia, Turkey and South Africa. His latest publications include: Frontiers of Management in the New Economy, Managing Global Business in the Internet Age (ed.) and Evolution of Management Practices in Malaysia in the New Economy published by the University Utara Malaysia.
