ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shibashish Chakraborty

Shibashish Chakraborty has done his MSc in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He is currently working as a faculty member at Icfai Business School, Kolkata. Prior to joining Icfai, he worked in the industry for eleven years for corporates like Crompton Greaves Ltd and Godrej GE Appliances Ltd. He also taught at the offshore accredited centre of Monash University of Australia and Deakin University of Australia in Singapore for five years. His areas of interest include international marketing and strategic marketing.
