ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ramendra K. Raina

Ramendra K. Raina, (b. 1959) a reputed name in the sphere of Social Scinece, received his all higher qualifications B.A. (Hons.), M.A. and M. Phil. from Delhi University.  He did his Ph. D. from Lucknow University.  He worked on ad hoc basis as Lecturer for five years at Amrora Inter-College and wrote a number of articles in various newspapers and magazines of national repute related to Panchayati Raj with his innovative approach which have been widely recognized.  At present he is associated with a huge project on ‘Panchayati Raj in Hereafter’.
