He co-authoeed Thr Resilience Factor.

Shane Warren is a psychotherapist in private practice in Sydney, Singapore and Hong. He is a Dirctor of the International Resilience Institute and facilitator of leadership development programs eithin a resilience framework for multinational corporations, not-for-profit groups and small nusinesses throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.

Dr. Venkat Pulla is a Tata Dorabji Merit Scholr from the Tata Institute of social science, India. His reserach interests are in human coping and resilience, spirituality and social work, and green social work. He is the founder of the Brisbane Institute of Strengths Based Practice.
