Philosophy, Religion and Vedic Education

This book tries to study philosophy and especially Indian philosophy in relation to Hindu religion and Vedic education. Hindu culture has been a forest culture. Its great Rishis and Munis lived in the forests and did meditation on the origin of universe and the place of man in this universe. The Vedic education system was a highly developed system and tried to equip its students in the Ashramas of the great Gurus and later in the universities in various disciplines, especially philosophy, religion, logic and medicine.
