ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sunil Kumar Sharma
S K Sharma (b.1951), is an engineering graduate from IIT, Kanpur. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai. He has rich and diverse experience of over 26 years in Industrial Engineering, IT and Systems, Planning, Project Management, Personnel and Administration, Procurement, Logistics and General Management in BHEL, a leading engineering company of the country. His current interest is in IT Systems and E-Business. As Dean (E-Business Group) at Icfaian Foundation, he was responsible for the development of course material for E-Business. He is also involved in design and implementation of web-based integrated system covering the multi-location operations of ICFAI.
