Dr. Jiwitesh Kumar Singh is a former Professor of Economics, B.R.A. Bihar University and was the Co-Chairman of the session on 'Economics of Prof. J.K. Mehta' in the Thiruvananthapuram Conference of the Indian Economic Association.
