ABOUT THE AUTHOR Lakshmaiah Botla

Lakshmaiah Botla is currently a Faculty Associate with ICFAI-Books, a division of the ICFAI University Press. Prior to this he was an ICSSR-Doctoral Fellowship Awardee to pursue his Ph.D. at Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad for three years. He has taught Strategic Management and Service Marketing to MBA students. His basic degree is an MBA with marketing specialization. He has a liking for Indian Philosophy and its application to business strategies.
