ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rajni Joshi

Dr. Rajni Joshi is Lecturer (in Reader’s Grade) in “Rao Lal Singh college of Education, Siddrawati, Distt., Gurgaon. She has received Ph.D. Degree in Education from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. She and Teacher Education. At present, she is teaching to B.Ed. & M.Ed. students. She has contributed a number of articles in various journals and magazines. She also worked on a Minor Research Project (approved & financed by the U.G.C.) as an independent researcher.
