ABOUT THE AUTHOR C.S. Rayudu

Dr. C.S. Rayudu (b. 1946) had a brilliant academic career having passed M.Com., M.A. (Econ.), LL.B., and Ph.D. He was awarded Ph.D. by the Doctor Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Saugar in 1986. He began his teaching career as lecturer in commerce in 1977. Currently he is a faculty member in the Department of Commerce, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur (A.P.), teaching post-graduates. He has to his credit sixty-three scholarly papers which have been published in various prestigious journals. He has undertaken two research projects-one of the ICSSR and the other of the University Grants Commission on the problems of Rural Credit. He has also co-authored a book entitled, "Public Relations and Communication".
