ABOUT THE AUTHOR Parul Sharma
Dr (MS) Parul Sharma has done her studies in Delhi throughout. She passed her 10+2 CBSE with biology and topped it as well. She graduated from Delhi University in Microbiology (Hons). Subsequently she completed her M.Sc. in Toxicology and Ph.D. (Toxicology) specializing in edible oils from Hamdard University. She has been amongst the toppers throughout. Dr. Sharma has also written articles and papers in national and international journals. She has been an honorary lecturer at Hamdard University teaching M.Sc. students. She has years of experience behind her in edible oil research and academic bent of mind to complement that.
