ABOUT THE AUTHOR Nakka Krupanandam

Nakka Krupanandam, M.A., B.L., Ph.D., is a development activist. He is presently the Project Officer for Konaseema Animation Programme, run by the Social Service Centre, Eluru, for the welfare of tsunami victims. Also, he is the National Secretary of Society of St. Vincent De Paul, National Council of India, Mumbai, and Honorary, Chairman, Home for the Aged, Nirmalagiri, Andhra Pradesh.
