The seventh chapter is on rural banks, agricultural credit, lead bank scheme, institutional finance and performance evaluation of EDBI. Rail and road transportation of passengers and agricultural commodity, urban road safety and performance of Indian Airlines are some of the topics in the eighth chapter.
