Revival of Sick Units: Law and Policy

Dr. Neelam started her teaching career in L.N. Hindu Girls college, Rohtak in 2009 after obtaining M.Phil Degree in History. She got Ph.D. Degree in 2010. She has one book and 16 articles to her credit. She has participated in several seminars and presented more than 22 papers. The book-Empowerment of Women in India: Views of M.K. Gandhi and J.L. Nehru, contains the ideas and Philosophy of these two great leaders about Women.
