ABOUT THE AUTHOR Pradeep Kumar Das
Dr. Pradip Kumar Das has a master degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations under Utkal University and has Ph.D. in Human Resource Management in the area of Training and Development. Dr. Das also pursued Master of Arts in Economics, specialised in monetary economics from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. Dr. Das has teaching experience of over 9 years. At Present he is associated with Sikkim Central University as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Management & Provost- Student Welfare, Adjunct faculty in the Dept. of LAW and Dept. Commerce.
Dr. Das has contributed widely to many journals, national and international seminars and conferences.
