School Planning and Management: A Democratic Approach

This volume is addressed to all concerned with education, namely, policy makers, administrators, supervisors, teachers, students and the community at large. The conviction that democracy and education has many things in common and are reciprocally obliged to provide mutual support, was at the bottom of inspiration for attempting on this work. It is hoped that the book will provide some useful material for those who opt to study education as a discipline.
