Service Management: Theory and Practices

Dr. Kailash Chandra Biswal (born, 1975) earned his M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Berhampur University.  Currently he is working as a Lecturer in Business Administration in the Institute of Advanced Computer and Research, Rayagada, Orissa.  He has participated and presented papers in several seminars.
