The knowledge gathered in this book will empower the young scientist to undertake a mission to create awareness among the growing scientist and agriculturalists regarding soil biodiversity, conservation and inventerization and sustainable future. The presentation of the each chapter will create a new wave in the perceptions of the importance of soil fauna and flora by researches, young scientist, and teachers. ABOUT THE AUTHOR P Kathireswari
Dr. Mrs. R KATHIRESWARI (b. 14.02.1980) did M. Sc. and Ph. D. from Kongunadu Arts and Science College, affiliated to Bharathiar University. She did PGDBI (RG. Diploma in Bioinformatics) and PGDCA (RG. Diploma in Computer Applications). At present she is working as Lecturer in KS Rangasamy College of Arts and Science, Triruchengode, (Tamil Nadu) and teaching Vermitechnology. She has participated in various National and International conferences including at Poland and Cyprus. She has been awarded various honors including Academic proficiency award, Dr. R. Jaganathan Silver Medal award, Thiru Marappa Gounder Gold Medal award, and University Second Rank award. She is the member of various National and International societies including, World Academy of Young Scientists (WAYS), International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT'SJSBF), World Wild life Fund (WWF) and WARD'S Natural Science. She has 14 research papers to her credit published in National and International journals of repute.
